The workspace market is well served, with lots of providers saying similar things. Woodhouse wanted to offer something different, aligning itself closely to market needs. After 40+ years of experience, there was no question that they could create impressive workspaces, but it needed something more.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, we have developed the Woodhouse market approach to give them a clear point of difference and a position of authority. This has strengthened their engagement with higher-value potential clients.

Market exploration and research

Understanding the real dynamics of the market

Early in our work with Woodhouse, we supported development of authoritative content and online events to engage the target audiences. In doing so, we immersed ourselves in the trends, conversations and pain points of the market. The Covid pandemic upended the whole workplace world, and we supported Woodhouse in remaining at the forefront of industry discussions.

Thought leadership strategy

Forming a forward-thinking philosophy

Based on the deep understanding we acquired of the market, we created a forward-thinking philosophy and workplace analogy that has enabled Woodhouse to provide genuine thought leadership. With Woodhouse being among the earliest brands to identify emerging dynamics in the workspace world, this overarching approach has added distinct credibility to the Woodhouse brand.

Communicating expertise through content and events

We have worked closely with the Woodhouse team to develop the substance for industry-leading events, both online and in person. Engaging with both external speakers and ones from Woodhouse, we have guided both the development and delivery of such events, from initial theme creation and promotion, through to on-site tech support and livestreaming. Alongside the events, we create substantial content pieces that communicate the in-depth insights that Woodhouse brings to the market.

Brand strategy and value proposition

Establishing a position of differentiation

Commencing with an initial strategy workshop, we worked with Woodhouse to identify and develop areas of distinction in their offering to market, tied closely to the position of thought leadership. This has resulted in a clearly differentiated message, which has been propagated across all marketing collateral.

Phase 04

Compelling website presence

Creating a website that reflects the brand position

We set out to create a website that truly reflected the Woodhouse brand position and thought leadership strategy, as well as showcasing the impressive work that they carry out. From initial site planning and scoping, through to full creation of copy and design, we led the project, liaising closely with our development partners on the site construction and final execution. We also created a thematic video to strongly convey the Woodhouse core focus right from the first view of the homepage.
